SHIPPING AND DELIVERY.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

  • Works purchased through our online shop will be processed and shipped once full payment has been received.

  • In the case of online exhibitions works will be shipped once the duration of the exhibition has passed. For local pick up works can be collected at 4pm on the closing Sunday of the exhibition or the following Wednesday to Sunday 10 - 4pm from the front desk. If you are unable to collect your purchase within this time frame please email info@strathnairn.com.au.

  • For all work that could be potentially damaged during shipping Strathnairn Arts use Pack & Send specialist artwork transporters. Artworks will be taken to the depot and packed by professionals who are experienced in fine art packing.

    Additional to the shipping charge is a ‘lost or damaged’ warranty charge. The cost for this is 2% of the total worth of the works being shipped.
    For all other work Strathnairn Arts uses Australia Post and will not include a warranty charge.

  • Shipping and warranty cost will be calculated specific for each work and delivery location. Shipping costs will be separately invoiced. There is no shipping charge for artworks purchased online which are collected from Strathnairn Arts.

ORDERS

Once received, orders may not be altered or cancelled without written confirmation from Strathnairn Arts.
If Strathnairn Arts agrees to alter or cancel the order, you must pay any costs and expenses incurred by Strathnairn Arts in connection with the alteration or cancellation. Strathnairn Arts reserves the right to request further information from you for verification of your order.

DELIVERY

Strathnairn Arts uses Pack & Send and Australia Post dependent on each artwork and delivery location. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and/or handling and should be aware that where relevant, you will be liable and responsible for any import requirements or restrictions, licences, duties, taxes and/or government charges that may apply.

ARTWORK - Delivery times for artworks is between 2 – 3 weeks for Australian Metro areas (after completion of the exhibition). Delivery to regional areas may take longer. International deliveries will be organised on an individual basis, please contact info@strathnairn.com.au for further information on shipping to your international destination. Delivery times on the website are indicative only. As delivery is done by an external party, Strathnairn Arts cannot be held responsible for any failure to observe those delivery times.

SHOP PRODUCTS - For smaller items we use Australia Post Express Post. Delivery times for these items sold through SHOP is within a week for Australian Metro areas, depending on Australia Post timeframes. These parcels will be posted Wed-Friday each week from Canberra, ACT. Delivery to regional areas may take longer. International deliveries will be organised on an individual basis, please contact info@strathnairn.com.au for further information on shipping to your destination.
