REFUND POLICY.
Website sales have a 5-day money back period.
A purchaser taking this option will pay in full for the safe return of the artwork.
After Strathnairn Arts is satisfied the work is in the condition that it was originally dispatched, a refund for the cost of the work will be sent. There are no refunds for the original cost of transporting the work to the client. Any restoration work that may be required as a result of the purchaser or transportation will be deducted from the refund.
If you receive a damaged artwork or product, or one which does not match the original order, Strathnairn Arts must be notified immediately.
The incorrect or damaged product must be returned within 10 days from the receipt of goods for consideration of a refund. For consideration of a refund you will be asked to complete a Returns Authorisation Form, with the online receipt, invoice, and attach images of the damaged product.
